Two platforms, run by the same hand, and two choices we have stood behind for years: Mosyle for the Apple fleet, Ubiquiti for the network. We sell nothing we have not tested, deployed and maintained ourselves.

We work alongside the Apple Stores: we do not sell hardware, we advise you before you buy. To stay effective we keep our scope deliberate, and we would rather do a few things very well.

Is your company running badly? I come in to reorganise the work.

Remote or on site, I step into companies whose processes have seized up: tasks get lost, information duplicates, nobody knows who decides, and every project starts from zero again. I take that disorder apart and rebuild it into a system your team can understand.

This is not software tinkering. It is an architect’s job: understanding how you really work, naming the flows, deciding who owns what, then writing all of that into ClickUp in a readable and durable way. Software comes after strategy, never before it.

And I do not put a structure in place only to disappear afterwards: I train your teams, appoint an internal champion with you, and remain available in the months that follow. We do not train once and vanish; we stay alongside. Some clients have stayed with us since the beginning.
